But we find that Jesus says He is the only way, and that no one can come to the Father except through Him. Thus, if Christ is one of the ways to God, then He is also the only way. Or else this Jesus, who is one of the ways, is dead wrong in claiming to be the only way, in which case it would be foolish to think that He is even one of the ways. 15 You can learn a lot about Jesus, his life, and his qualities by reading the Bible books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Those books are called the Gospels. Those books are called the Gospels. Because Jesus is just like his Father, what you read will also help you come to know Jehovah better.

Since Christ came as a man—and since one of the proper duties of man is to worship, pray to, and adore God—it was perfectly proper for Jesus to address the Father in prayer. Positionally speaking as a man, as a Jew, and as our High Priest—“ in all things He had to be made like His brethren ” (Hebrews )—Jesus could pray to the Author: Dr. Ron Rhodes. I and the Father are one. (John , NASB) He who has seen Me has seen the Father (John b, NASB) Jesus did not give Christians any other option but to preach that it is only through faith in His sacrificial death on Calvary that we can receive salvation from our sins. Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.

This is a point of agitated conflict between Christians and non-Christians. Some would say that it is pure arrogance to say that Jesus is the only way to God. The fact that this question is so common is proof that people today do not understand anything about the Bible or Christian beliefs. Giving a brief explanation of Christianity will make the answer clear: 1. There is only one true God. God is all p.

The Bible teaches that there is no other way to salvation than through Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself says in John“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” He is not a way, as in one of many; He is the way, as in the one and only.

Jesus: The ONLY Way Many people, including both those who are born-again Christian believers and those who are not, can quote from memory the unarguably most well-known verse from the Holy Bible: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but.

The only way to reach God is to believe in Jesus who gave his life in place of ours: “Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God.” 9. Jesus is the way that must be taken, the truth that must be believed, and the life that must be trusted in.

And the reason WHY Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY to the Father is simply because he is TRUTH PERSONIFIED, and he is LIFE PERSONIFIED.

Which is another way of saying that Jesus is the only TRUE AND LIVING WAY to the Father in heaven. However, the way to the Father in heaven starts here on earth.

Lee Strobel – an award-winning journalist for thirteen years with the Chicago Tribune and other newspapers, was a spiritual skeptic until He is the author of several books including the Gold medallion Award-winning books The Case for Christ, and The Case for Faith.

There is only one physician, who is both flesh and spirit, born and unborn, God in man, true life in death, both from Mary and from God, first subject to suffering and then beyond it, Jesus Christ our Lord. For our God, Jesus the Christ, was conceived by Mary according to God’s plan, both from the seed of David and of the Holy Spirit.

In our Statement of Faith, we state that Jesus Christ is the  ONLY WAY  to eternal salvation with God the Father, that there is no other name under heaven by which man can be saved, and that no one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ and His sacrificial death on the cross.

It is through Christ, and through Christ alone, that we can get access to the Father. I am glad to leave my case with Jesus. I am glad to go to the Father through my Saviour, and to use His name, which is ever fragrant with merit; but if any man shall go without that name, and should choose to stand OH the ground of bare justice, he   He is our Redeemer.

Each of these titles points to the truth that Jesus Christ is the only way by which we can return to live with our Heavenly Father. Jesus suffered and was crucified for the sins of the world, giving each of God’s children the gift of repentance and forgiveness.

Only by His mercy and grace can anyone be saved. Jesus is the Only Way – The Heart of the Matter How can Christians say that Jesus is the only way, when there are people in parts of the world who have never heard about Jesus.

Once you get to the heart of a question like this, you see that it rarely—if ever—is even a question at all. At The Village Church we teach and preach the exclusivity of Jesus Christ as the only way to God the Father, and to receive justification, heaven, eternal life, the kingdom, salvation, et al.

In accordance with the very words of the Lord and His inspired apostles, we confess that He alone is the way, the truth and the life.

In the Bible, Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father [God] except through me” (JohnNIV).

In Actsthe Apostle Peter said of Jesus, “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to. Oneness Pentecostalism (also known as Apostolic, Jesus' Name Pentecostalism, or Jesus Only movement) is a movement within the Christian family of churches known as derives its distinctive name from its teaching on the Godhead, which is popularly referred to as the "Oneness doctrine," a form of Modalistic Monarchianism.

This doctrine states that there is one God, a singular. The phrase “I am the way and the truth and the life” is one of the seven “I Am” statements of Jesus (John48, 51; ; ;9;14; ; ; ).

Jesus declares His Deity before His crucifixion After the Last Supper and be.Jesus Christ Himself proclaimed that He is the only way to God. These words tell us several things. For one, Jesus is telling us that He is the way, the only way.

He is not saying that He is one among many ways; He is saying that He is the one and only way. Therefore, Jesus Himself rejected the notion that all roads lead to God.
